Tasty and simple. Ingredients:
5 -6 flour tortillas, slightly heated |
cheddar cheese, sliced |
1 (10 ounce) jar enchilada sauce |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Roll up sliced cheese in flour tortillas and place in casserole dish sprayed with pam. 2. Cover with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. 3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until all cheese is melted. |
