These are great snack food, served alone or with your favorite spread. Ingredients:
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
7 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine cheese, margarine, flour, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. 2. Mix well to form dough. 3. Place dough on waxed paper. 4. Shape dough into a roll. 5. Place in refrigerator overnight. 6. Slice dough into thin circles. 7. Place on a greased cookie sheet. 8. Bake at 325F degrees for 10 minutes. |
