In my family we loooove cheese! I think this will be a great dip for parties! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
300 g manchego cheese, grated (or which ever cheese you choose) |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Heat the evaporated milk, the grated cheese and the cornstarch. 2. Move it constantly until thick. 3. Serve hot or as you wish! |
