Cheese Dip for Vegetables |

This is a recipe of my Mother's. I think it is great to serve with carrots and celery. It also pairs well with fresh broccoli and cauliflower. It is a little something different to dip the vegetables in than the normal sour cream based dips. Cooking time includes chill time. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container cheddar cheese spread |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
milk |
garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine cheeses and beat with electric mixer until smooth, add milk until mixture is still thick but creamy enough to dip into. Add garlic salt to your taste. 2. Serve immediately or for best results refrigerate several hours for flavors to meld. |
