THis is wonderful. I have made this for about 20 years and it my most popular recipe requested. Ingredients:
1 lb mexican velvetta cheese, cubed |
1 lb cream cheese, softened |
1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded |
2 cups prepared chicked gravy |
1/3 cup diced green chilies |
1 tsp chili powder |
Directions:
1. heat the chicken gravy in a pot on the stove top on medium low heat. Add the cheeses, one at a time, stirring well after each additon. Lastly add in the chilies and chili powder. THis is wonderful just like this. We thin this out a little for use with enchiladas. We add shredded chicken, green onion and corn tortillas and bake, you got dinner. Enjoy |
