I have not made this yet, but the lady who gave it to me said that it tastes like Mexico Chiquito's cheese dip. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
4 tablespoons flour |
2 cups milk |
2 teaspoons cumin |
6 ounces velveeta cheese |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 chopped jalapeno |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 tablespoon catsup |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and flour and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. 3. Sserve with corn chips. |
