Easy, elegant and very tasty. Ingredients:
12 large dill pickles |
1 jar olive pimento pasteurized cheese spread |
Directions:
1. Cut each pickle into thin crosswise slices. 2. Cut into each slice about 3/4 through the diameter. 3. Cross the cut edges of each slice over to form a miniature cup and fasten with half a toothpick. 4. Fill with a rosette of the cheese spread softened at room temperature and piped with a pastry bag. |
