This is a family recipe that has been passed for generations. It is German dish at heart. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
cinnamon |
1/2 cup flour |
1 (24 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese |
Directions:
1. 1. In bowl mix eggs very well. 2. 2. Add in sugar, about 4 dashes of cinnamon, and flour; mix well. 3. 3. Fold in cottage cheese. 4. 4. Pour into greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan. 5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. 6. 5. Cook at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
