These are so easy to prepare, and so good! Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
2 cups flour |
2 cups rice krispies |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees. 2. Prepare a greased cookie sheet. 3. In a bowl, blend all ingredients. 4. Shape into small balls. 5. Flatten with a fork. 6. Bake for 15 minutes. 7. Note: the mix from the cheese Crispers can be prepared ahead, and stored in the fridge until ready to bake. |
