Another recipe inherited from my mother. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 cups rice krispies |
1 cup butter, softened |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients in order given. 2. Add butter and salt and pepper. 3. Rolll into small balls. 4. Put on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. 5. Bake at 375° fir 10-12 minutes. 6. DO NOT OVERBAKE! 7. Store in airtight containers. 8. Makes 100 plus. |
