I usually have the ingredients for these yummy rolls on hand so that I have something to make for dinner after my husband's unsuccessful fishing trips. We eat this a lot! Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped ripe olives, drained |
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion, including tops |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
3 french sandwich buns, cut in half lengthwise |
2 (4 ounce) packages thinly sliced ham |
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire; stir in chiles, olives, onions, and cheese. 2. Arrange roll halves, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet. 3. Spoon cheese mixture evenly over each half; arrange ham slices over cheese mixture, then top with tomato slices. 4. Cover pan with foil; bake in a 400° oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted. |
