Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni |
1/4 cup unsalted butter |
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed |
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain. 2. Add the butter; stir until melted. 3. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except paprika. 4. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish; sprinkle paprika lightly over top. 5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. |
