From one of our church cookbooks. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons seasoning salt |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 1/2 cups grits |
1 lb velveeta cheese, grated |
3/4 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Beat and set aside eggs, seasoned salt, salt, Tabasco sauce and paprika. 2. Cook grits in 6 c boiling water for 25 minutes. 3. Add Velveeta cheese and margarine to cooked grits. 4. Add egg mixture. 5. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 250 (yes that's two fifty) for one hour. |
