We always made this candy for Christmas or around the Holiday Season. Easy enough for kids to help make. Ingredients:
1 8 oz cream cheese |
2 cups chopped pecans |
1 box sifted powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Toast pecans lightly. 2. Melt cream cheese in a double boiler; add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. 3. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. |
