This recipe has lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. Ingredients:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs |
2 tbsps. sugar |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
4 tbsps. melted butter |
mix and press into 1- inch spring pan. (9 inch pan will do, also). |
Directions:
1. Filling: 2. Beat 1 cup sugar into 4 beaten eggs, then stir in 3-8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened to room temperature), 1 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. 1 teaspoon vanilla. 3. Beat together until smooth, then fold in 1 Tablespoon of melted butter. 4. Pour the mixture into the crust. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 6. Cool and refrigerate. 7. It will keep for a week. |
