Remember these from the 60's? I think my mom made it at least once a week. Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 package instant lemon pie filling |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until very soft 2. blend in 1/2 cup milk 3. add rest of ingredents and beat 4. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for at least 2 hours. 5. Top with canned cherries or cool whip |
