This is a quick and easy recipe i found. Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin |
1/3-1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup boiling water |
16 ounces of softened cream cheese |
1 teaspoon of immitation vanilla extract |
9 inches prepared cookies, crust (graham cracker) |
Directions:
1. Mix gelatin and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin and sugar completely dissolves.
3. Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth,then slowly add and beat gelatin and sugar mixture.
4. Pour mixture into cookie crust.
5. Refrigerate until firm.
