We all love these for breakfast, and it's a great twist on the traditional egg and toast. Easy to eat fingerfood. A hit with the kids! Ingredients:
hard roll (unsliced) |
1 slice cheese |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. With a round cookie cutter, or knife, take the center from the hard roll, taking care not to cut through the bottom. It should make a large enough crater to hold an egg. 2. Crack a raw egg into the crater and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. 3. Cover with a slice of cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 4. Serve and eat! |
