1.5 cup rice, white, long-grain, regular, cooked |
1 cup, chopped broccoli, cooked |
2 pat (1 sq, 1/3 high) butter |
3 tbsp chopped onions |
0.4 medium raw bell pepper green |
0.5 cup, chopped peppers, sweet, red |
1 cup chicken broth |
2 slice 2% milk american singles |
Directions:
1. Malt butter in saucepan, add onions, peppers, saute for 5 min, add chicken broth and broccoli, stir add seasonings, garlic powder and parsley. add cheese, melt, add rice bring to a boil then simmer for 20 min |
