This is great to take to pot lucks or to make for cheese freaks like me!! Ingredients:
2 lbs cottage cheese |
32 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped |
1/2 lb brick cheese |
1/2 lb american cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
7 tablespoons flour |
6 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Cut cheeses and butter into chunks. 2. Mix all ingredients and put into buttered 9x13 baking dish. 3. Bake for 1 hour until brown and bubbly. |
