This is the best brazilian recipe ever and you can double or triple the ingredients. I hope you like it. This is gluten free. Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup milk |
1 cup water |
1 good pinch of salt |
450 gr tapioca starch |
200 gr parmisan, grated |
Directions:
1. First boil oil, milk, water with a pinch of salt. 2. Take off heat and mix the starch with a woden spoon. Let it cool. 3. Put the batter in a bowl and mix in the eggs. Be patient and mix it well. 4. Make small balls with your hands and place them on the baking tray lined with paper or greased. 5. Bake in hot oven until they are brown. It takes about 20 minutes. 6. Serve warm. |
