Yummy with tomato soup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1.
Combine the first six ingredients.
2.
Spoon into a greased 8-inch round baking pan.
3.
Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
4.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
5.
Cool 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
