monterey jack cheese |
cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Here's something fun - get some Monterey Jack cheese - cut into triangles or circles, about 1/8 thick. 2. Lay on a parchment-lined cookie sheet - sprinkle light to medium amounts of cayenne pepper on each piece. 3. Bake at 375F about 7 minutes or until cheese is holey and starting to get real light brown around the edges. 4. Remove; cool on paper towel. |
