My friend, Eileen, sent me this recipe on-line. I made them for the perfect finishing touch for dinner one night last week. Just HAD to share this easy quick recipe. Too good not to. Ingredients:
1 tube of jumbo buttermilk biscuits |
1/4-cup italian dressing (i use wishbone house) |
1/3-cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2-cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Separate biscuits; dip the top of each in salad dressing, then in Parmesan cheese. 2. Place cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet’ sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. 3. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Susana |
