This recipe came from a co-worker and are easy to prepare. Please do not use land-o-lakes butter or they will be too buttery. Mrs. Filbert's turns out really well. Serving amount is approximate. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
8 ounces sour cream |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Shape into biscuit approximately 2 inches. 3. Place on greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 400-425 for 12-15 minutes. |
