Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
dash of garlic powder |
dash of hot sauce |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
assorted crackers |
Directions:
1. Combine cheese in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce; mix well. 2. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into a bell. Combine pecans and parsley; roll bells in pecan mixture, and chill several hours. Transfer to a serving platter; serve with crackers. |
