Cheese Ball With Mascarpone, Feta and Blue Cheese |

This has got to be my favotite cheese ball. You can substitute cream cheese for the mascapone but it's so much better made with it. Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 lb mascarpone cheese (up to 30% fat) |
3 tablespoons chopped dill |
1/4 cup butter (room temperature) |
1/2 cup feta cheese (crushed) |
1/2 cup blue cheese |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients shape as much as you can into into a bal with a spoonl. let stand for 1/2 an hour. Spread food wrap to the bottom of a bowl, fill bowl with the cheese mix, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. 2. . You can decorate the cheese balls with red pepper, thin chopped green onions, nuts etc. |
