This recipe is from one of my neighbors. It is so easy and delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (8 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Set the cream cheese out for 30 minutes before preparing so it will soften. 2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except pecans. 3. Stir well to combine. 4. Shape mixture into a ball or log with your hands. 5. Dump pecans onto a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil and roll ball or log in them until well covered. 6. Refrigerate or serve immeadiately. |
