This is a very tasty cheese ball recipe that I got from my cousin. You can make it with lower in fat cheese. I usually use the lower in fat cheese and you can't tell a difference.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper with a mixer until combined.
2. Shape into a ball.
3. Roll in pecans.
