This is a great easy cheese ball and is very good. I take this every year to a Christmas party . The hardest part about making this is opening the cream cheese. Ingredients:
2 8 oz packages softened cream cheese |
3 stalks of green onions with some greens chopped |
1 cup chedder cheese |
1 cup chopped pecans |
crackers for serving |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, green onion and cheddar cheese .
2. Shape into a ball.
3. Press chopped pecans on the outside
4. Serve with crackers
