This Cheese ball is a great appetizer. I like to sit infront of the TV with a nice cold beer and snack on this. Ingredients:
2 8oz cream cheese softened |
1 8oz kraft shreeded mild cheddar |
1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper |
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion |
2 tsp worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp lemon juice |
dash ground red pepper |
crackers |
Directions:
1. Beat Cream Cheese & Cheddar until well blended 2. Add remaining ingredients mix well 3. Shape into a ball 4. Refrigerate for 2 hrs 5. Arrange crackers around a plate 6. Place cheese ball in the middle |
