Delicious cheese ball with a little bit of sweet and a little bit of salt. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt |
Directions:
1. Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. 2. Add pineapple, salt, onion, green pepper and 1/2 cup of pecans. 3. Mix together. 4. Refrigerate until firm. 5. Shape into two balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans. 6. Serve with Triscuits or other crackers. |
