This is my Mom's. So easy! A classic dip for family cocktail hour! Ingredients:
1 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400. 2. Mix all ingredients in a small casserole dish (the size of a soup crock), and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. 3. Serve with raw veggies or crackers. |
