Cheese and Vegie Skewers

A good recipe for junior cooks ! Don't forget to soak the skewers first.
Ingredients:
2 small zucchini, cut into 8 slices crossways
1 (250 g) punnet cherry tomatoes
8 baby corn, spears halved crossways
1 small red capsicum, halved, deseeded, cut into 2cm pieces
180 g halloumi cheese, cut into 2cm pieces
sweet chili sauce, to serve
Directions:
1. Preheat BBQ grill to medium.
2. Thread zucchini, tomatoes, corn, capsicum and haloumi onto 8 pre soaked bamboo skewers.
3. Add skewers to grill, cook turning occasionally for 10 minutes or till cheese is golden.
4. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
