1/2 cup blanched almond flour |
1 egg |
2 ounces hard cheese, shredded at home |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
salt pepper and optional herbs or snips scallion top |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Insert large cupcake papers in muffin tin. 3. Divide dough in half and fill cups. 4. Bakr 20-25 minutes. |
