Cheese and Marmite Flapjacks |

This recipe was given to me by a friend. Ingredients:
6 ounces butter |
6 ounces porridge oats |
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
2 ounces self raising flour |
2 tablespoons marmite |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Grease a sandwich or cake tin. 3. Melt butter and Marmite in a glass bowl in the microwave set to medium, stirring every 30 seconds. 4. Once melted, add oats, cheese and flour and mix very well. 5. Pour into pan. 6. Bake 15-20 minutes. 7. Remove from pan and cool on cooling rack for 30 minutes. 8. Cut into bars / squares. |
