Cheese and Fruit Smoothie |

I had some cottage cheese I needed to use up so this smoothie was invented. You may use fresh fruit for this but you may need to add some ice cubes to make it thick. Note: It is not intended to be a sweet smoothie, so if it is not sweet enough feel free to add additional sugar or honey. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
1 cup orange juice |
1/2 cup cantaloupe (cubes) |
1/2 banana (frozen) |
6 frozen strawberries |
2 teaspoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients till smooth. 2. Enjoy. |
