Ingredients:
1/2 lb low-fat cheddar cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
1/2 lb swiss cheese, cut in 1 inch chunks
2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks
2 cups seedless grapes
1 pint strawberry
Directions:
1. Thread chunks of cheese, and fruit alternately on 8 wooden skewers.
