Cheese and Broccoli Quiche |

quiche Ingredients:
280 g chopped broccoli |
225 g mushrooms, thinly sliced |
235 ml milk |
3 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tsp pepper |
113 g cheddar cheese, shredded, divided |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli until tender; drain well. Combine milk, eggs, margarine, flour, salt, pepper and 3/4 cheese; whisk until well blended. 2. Layer broccoli and mushrooms on cheese. Pour milk and egg mixture over all. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 of cheese over top Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
