1 tablespoon butter |
1/3 cup grated monterey jack cheese |
3/4 cup beer |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in skillet. 2. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly hot. 3. Pour over meat. |
