Ingredients:
1 package(s) cream cheese, softened |
gram cracker crumbs |
lollipop sticks |
1 package(s) white candy melts, melted and cooled |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy and light for about 5 minutes, slowly beat in the cool melted candy melts; mix well. Pour into 9" square baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Scoop out mixture and roll into 1" balls then roll in gram cracker crums to coat. insert lollipop sticks and refrigerate until ready to serve!
