This is yet another recipe I got from a culinary murder mystery book. This is what I make to take to sick friends along with a green salad and bread. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained |
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies (rotel) |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup crabmeat (or 2 cans drained), flaked |
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced |
2 tablespoons sweet onion, minced |
Directions:
1. Spoon cooked and drained spinach in bottom of shallow 2 quart casserole. 2. Fold together remaining ingredients and pour over spinach. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
