Ingredients:
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon flax seed
1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
