Healthy Low GL Smoothie for those chocolate cravings. Ingredients:
1/4 cup water |
2/3 cup milk |
1 teaspoon cocoa |
1 medium banana, cut into chunks |
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon flax seed |
1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. |
