Yummy taters!! Ingredients:
3 large potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch strips |
3/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 tablespoon parsley |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Place potato strips in greased 13x9 baking pan. 2. Pour the milk over potatoes. 3. Dot with butter. 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, until tender. 6. Sprinkle with cheese, parsley and paprika. 7. Bake, uncovered for 6 more minutes, until cheese is melted. |
