I just found this recipe in a Christmas Snack Cookbook. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sherry wine |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well until smooth, using an electric mixer. 3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours to allow flavors to blend. 4. Store in refrigerator. 5. Serve on crackers. |
