I typically make this in the fall. I think it's a nice change from the usual spreads. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup finely chopped apple |
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients mixing until well blended. 2. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers. |
