This is always a hit in my house, particularly when we have friends over to watch football. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded old sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
2 green onions, chopped |
4 tablespoons dark rum |
1 dash dry mustard |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. For best taste, use real butter instead of margarine. 2. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients together until smooth. 3. Spoon into small crock or bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend. 4. Serve with crackers. |
