Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup butter
3 cups cooked long grain rice
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup minced fresh parsley
1 cup milk
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Transfer to a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
4. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
