The blend of parsley, garlic and cheese makes this a savory side dish your family will enjoy. Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 garlic cloves minced |
1/4 cup butter |
3 cups cooked long grain rice |
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup minced fresh parsley |
1 cup milk |
4 eggs lightly beaten |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Transfer to a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish. 4. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. |
