I leave the red pepper out of mine! Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 tsp hot red pepper |
1/4 tsp salt |
3/4 cup flour |
3 eggs |
4 oz shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. grease 2 baking sheets 3. combine water, butter, pepper and salt in medium sauce pan 4. bring to boiling. boil until butter has melted. 5. remove from heat. add flour all at once 6. stir briskly with wooden spoon just until dough leaves the sides of the pan 7. DO NOT OVERBEAT 8. let mix cool in pan 2 minutes 9. add eggs, beating after each addition. 10. stir in cheese. 11. drop by teaspoon or tablespoons onto sheets about 1 1/2 inches apart 12. bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. 13. Do not refrigerate leftovers-they get soggy |
