This recipe is from Light Take Five cookbook. My mother-in-law gave me this little book and I love it! All recipes are so simple and quick! I hope that you will enjoy this dish as well. Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
10 ounces low-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
28 slices rye cocktail bread, toasted |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients. 2. Spread on toasted bread. 3. Place on a cookie sheet and broil for 2 minutes. |
